Your people are GREAT! Always on time, efficient and so courteous and clean! I refer Zerorez to everyone I know!
Levon was right on time, very nice and friendly. I will ask if he can come back next time. I have an older dog that has been having accidents and he told what products would work best to get the best cleaning.
I live in an a apartment and have spots coming up from previous renters also.
Levon also gave me advice how to spot treat my little boys accidents in between carpet cleaning. I got my carpets cleaned yesterday and it looks great. I would highly recommend Zerorez.

He gentleman came back to redo a spot that was coming back up. And he was pleasant thi work with again. He even said he would come back again if this didn't work.

You provide a safe, toxic free cleaning service. Your technicians are ALWAYS on time and do call before arriving. The WHITE carpet throughout a big part of my house still looks new after about 10 or more years of hard use because of your cleaning.
You a little pricey but well worth it, since there is nothing bad to say and many good things about Zerorez that I love and will continue to use.

Robert is the BEST, but you already know that!
Your company does not move 3 person sofas or offer discounts for rooms that have cleared out by owner. This is contrary to most Zerorez through-out the country and a challenge for older people and the disabled. You need to be clear about the extent of your services before you arrive.
My carpet was shampooed on Wednesday. I was told it would take 6-8 hr to dry. It's been two days now (48 hours) and it's still wet. Furthermore, when I called yesterday and asked if someone could bring me a fan, I was kept waiting on the phone for 10 minutes. The entire time the call was not put on hold so I was able to hear the entire conversation between the two employees trying to figure out if they could get a fan to my house. After 10 minutes of being on "hold" I had to hang up.
