Very quick, cleans my floors better than any service I've used. Tech are always on time, friendly and clear as what to expect from their service.

The Technician, Jorge Martinez was very polite & good about explaining the Zerorez carpet cleaning service to me. I had the carpets cleaned by them last year too. It seems to be taking a little longer for the drying time of my carpets as they are still damp & have had ceiling fans running all the time. (cleaned on Wednesday, June 19th.) I love the orange citrus smell of the natural solution that was used.
Matt the technician was great. The carpets and couch look amazing. Id like to book more if someone can call me!

the service was excellent The representative was Sal and he did a great job. I had a large oil stain in the master bedroom and the last company that cleaned my carpet said he could not get the stain out. Sal removed the stain. I was contemplating new carpeting and after it was cleaned by Sal, my carpet looks new again.
I cannot say enough about Sal. He was very professional and polite. I will certainly recommend your company to friends.

Lee, the tech who did the work was amazing!! Very prompt, communicative, professional & extremely hard working. He called the night before to say he had a cancellation & asked if we would like an earlier appointment time. We said yes & he showed up exactly when he said he would & even called a half hour before to confirm. We would love to have him do our carpets every time!
