Everything from the first call I make for a reservation to your confirmation call the day before the appointment to the very professional attitude of your men. I had to wait almost a week for the serviceman to be available but I would not consider calling another company. I have called you several times in the past few years and every appointment has been handled very professional. All of your men are the best. I would change your score to something above a 10.

I like that Zerorez does not use any chemicals. My carpets are very old and after cleaning they look so much better and I am so happy knowing they are clean!
