The carpet always comes out amazingly clean. Drying time is a bit slower since we’re by the beach and it’s more humid. However, most of it was dry by the second day. Thank you for a great job and without a chemical smell.

I have used Zerorez three times to clean my carpet, and have always been happy with the results. The carpet cleaners are super nice, and they listen to and answer all of my questions.

I scheduled an appointment 2 and a half weeks in advance and the day of my appointment my technician didn’t want to do the job because he had other appointments cancel so mine was the first with a window between 2-4pm. I was unable to have the service done earlier in the day and the technician told me he didn’t want to wait around until 2pm so he would have to reschedule me. Unprofessional.
The product really works and the service tech Robert was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He was super helpful!

That it’s chemical free and the carpet cleaning seems to last awhile before any stains come back. I’ve used other carpet cleaning companies who charge more and you see the stains return
within 3-4 days.

I absolutely love Zero Res! I have my carpet cleaned twice a year and my 20 years old carpet looks shockingly well cared for and clean. But what i love more about Zero Res is my technician Marcelo. He is behind the Zero Res magic.
