I’ve used this company for years and never had any issues. Always an excellent outcome until yesterday. I have dogs that occasionally urinate on the carpet and zerorez has always been able to get the smell and stains out. Yesterday the carpet cleaning team showed up and did their thing. They spot treated the area and cleaned it. My carpets looked beautiful and the smell seemed to be gone but then when I went downstairs this morning I could see where the dogs had urinated and the carpet smelled like dog urine. I kept my dogs upstairs locked in my sons room overnight because I didn’t want them to sleep on damp carpet so I know they didn’t urinate on the carpet at night.
I’m really disappointed that the stains and smell didn’t come out this time. I have tried calling the company three times today but no answer. I left a message but no return call yet.
I love this company and will continue to have my carpets cleaned but I would really like the team to come back out and spot clean the areas that didn’t come out well. I’m hoping if they try again the stains and smell will come out.
I hope to hear from someone at the company soon.

Sal, our technician, was very professional, courteous, and polite! He did a great job explaining everything over the phone with me, and did a great job cleaning our carpets. Would definitely have him back next year to do an annual cleaning!

The technician , Robert who came to service our home did an outstanding job and would request him again. Great work and took his time to thoroughly get all the hard spots out.
We have used Zerorez for years and always been happy with them. This last visit was a disappointment. When I got home it looked like a far less quality cleaning than when Orin came in previous times.
Granted we are clear the carpet is getting old but after just a few days old spots reappeared. Its been a month and my carpet looks terrible again. It shouldn't be this way and I was disappointed with the techs work on this visit.
