The technician , Robert who came to service our home did an outstanding job and would request him again. Great work and took his time to thoroughly get all the hard spots out.
We have used Zerorez for years and always been happy with them. This last visit was a disappointment. When I got home it looked like a far less quality cleaning than when Orin came in previous times.
Granted we are clear the carpet is getting old but after just a few days old spots reappeared. Its been a month and my carpet looks terrible again. It shouldn't be this way and I was disappointed with the techs work on this visit.

The carpet always comes out amazingly clean. Drying time is a bit slower since we’re by the beach and it’s more humid. However, most of it was dry by the second day. Thank you for a great job and without a chemical smell.

Your employees are always very friendly and professional..i only use zerorez. My carpets stay soft because zerorez doesn't clean with tons of soap which makes your carpet crunchie.

I love the professionalism. My only complaint is they don't move furniture. I also like that the same technician came out. Especially since he took care to put mats down the hallway to the room to be cleaned. I highly recommended Zerorez☺☺
