We have been using Zerorez for many years and have been more than happy with their service. Livingston is a wonderful service operator and have enjoyed getting to know him over the last several years. He always remembers us and makes sure to ask if we have any issues that need tending to. I mostly like the fact that the cleaning is free of chemicals and carpet is soft when dry. We have found that most stains don’t reoccur like with other companies.
It’s also nice that I can have them call in 6 mo to remind me to schedule the next service, if I choose. Easy to make appt with texting too! Thanks Alex!

I am very satisfied with the work and results that you company provided. From protecting the corners of the walls and door jambs from getting scuffed to protecting the tile in the hallway. The Tech (Livingston) was very polite and professional. I highly recommend Zerorez.
Our technician Sal was great! Very professional, prepped the house with throw mats, corner protectors etc and did a fantastic job cleaning! Thanks and would recommend him and Zerorez!
Levon was very efficient. He told us up front what was going to happen and it did just the way he did it. He helped move some furniture and told us how to prepare for his visit. The price was competitive and the work was done in a couple of hours. We vacuumed the carpet a couple of days after he cleaned them and we got minimal dirt from the vacuum. I've already mentioned Zerorez to a neighbor as a company to call when they need their carpets cleaned.

Our carpets always look new after your techs finish. Each and every time we use Zerorez we are thrilled with the staff and the quality of the cleaning. We wouldn't use anyone else.
I accidentally strayed Tilex with bleach on my carpet, (6 good size sports) turned it yellow and he got it out! Robert did a great job

I have used Zerorez for years and am always impressed with the service.
This year I am a little disappointed. Over the last 6 months we have had extensive remodeling done in our home which unfortunately left our carpets stained. While the carpets looked pretty good right after the cleaning on June 1st, within a week the stains in one of the rooms were back. We were having my daughter's bridal shower in our home the following week, so we just had to deal with it. Now that the festivities are done and our out of town guests have departed, we wanted to give you our honest feedback.
If the technician would like to come back and re-do the one room that would be acceptable. Please contact me with a possible date.
