Very professional, courteous, prompt, and friendly. The results were great, and the price was fair. There was none of the "upselling" that I've experienced with some other companies. The price they quoted was exactly the price they charged. And when I asked if he could clean the fabric on my recliner chair he was happy to do that too at a very reasonable price, and it looks great.

We had a very personable service technician who did a great job! Of course, we love that no chemicals are used to clean our home.

We had “tiger stripes” left on the cart this time around. After the floors were dry they did not go away. I had to wipe the areas with a damp cloth to clean them up.

Cleanliness

I thought the technician they sent was very friendly and did a great job. My carpets are a light tan or beige color and hadn't been cleaned in a while. He pre-treated the rug with Zerorez special formula which took out all of the stains! So I was very surprised and happy. I'll continue to use the company in the future. The technicians name is Levon, so maybe you can request him if your considering using Zerorez. Thank you so much...

The Technician was prompt, neat, clean and pleasant. He cleaned all of our upholstery, tile flooring and the carpeting in 4 rooms and the hall. The job he did was outstanding and it only took about 24 hours for everything to be dry. There doesn't seem to be any residual soap left in anything he cleaned. We've used Zerorez for many years and have always been very well satisfied. They stand behind their service.
