The most important feature was the immediate response to my call. That was followed up by asking me what I needed cleaning and then you provided me with detailed information about your service, price and availability of dates.
Once I agreed to accept your business, you sent confirmation emails, a reminder email as the date got closer and finally an early phone call the day of service.

So yes, the widows are very clean but the technician was unable to remove the glue left behind from my window installation. It looks like I have scratches.
So I need to contact the manufacturer to see how this glue, or what ever it is, can be removed.

The tech was friendly, knowledgeable and got the job done in a timely manner. If he didn't know the answer, he was say so, not try and BS his way through.

I like the fact that the cleaning process doesn't soak the padding under the carpet to the point that it starts to deteriorate.
Every technician that has come to clean our carpets has been great, especially Bret, who was the latest to do our carpets.

I didn"t need to have the technician to keep telling me I should have had the carpets cleaned once a year when he couldn't get a stain out.

Zerorez did an exceptional job at cleaning our 4 rooms. We have major stains from the past home owner and then our toddler and all stain she came up. He was quick and thorough.

Clean water from the ZeroRez truck is used to clean our carpets and area rugs. The dirty water is sent back out the truck.

Excellent Job!! I had remodeled 2 upstairs bathrooms and I thought the carpet on my stairs was beyond cleaning from all of the demo and construction traffic, my contractor suggested Zerorez. Your Tech did such a wonderful job he promised the stairs would come clear and they did! He was wonderful, very knowledgeable and friendly took care make sure all furniture and walls were protected. I really like your employee, Bret Spencer. I have referred him and Zerorez to five ladies in my neighborhood and I know three have used your company for sure! Bret is so very careful with my house and always makes sure my carpet and area rugs are super clean. Love your company.

I've used Zerorez carpet services for years. I'm thinking at least 10 years, maybe more and every time I get the carpet cleaned, I have new carpet once again! I have cats and sometimes accidents happen. I've learned to pick up that mess right away, let it dry, vacuum and then use water or peroxide to clean up the residue/color-due to their food they eat. Every 2 years I call Zerorez in for overall maintenance. My last carpet lasted me 16 years!

This year, I had my friends off white rug cleaned and to my amazement - all the dirt disappeared! Friend of mine would have put money on it that it wouldn't come clean. Surprise, surprise - like new again.

I also had the windows cleaned! Another shocker - highly recommend either of these services, when you're ready!
