How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

It has been a consistent problem that several area of carpet are not thoroughly cleaned and require a return trip. I am tired of that and will no longer call for a return trip.

My carpet was awfully wet when the technician left. I don't think he extracted enough of it with his machine. maybe a little more training???

Very professional! My rugs came out so nice and clean. The guy that came to my house was very informative and knowledgeable. On time and returned my Persian rug as promised, very clean and fair price!

Zero Rez did a great job! I had my tile and area rug cleaned. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. The floors look really clean now!
