All employees are friendly. Technicians are professional and communicate when they will arrive.
All spots are removed and the carpets are beautifully clean!

Rony did a great job. Extracted the water, so the carpet was dry by the evening. I like the fact you use water, & not a bunch oh detergents that hold in the dirt.

First time using Zerorez and will use them again. They did a much better job than a well known competitor I have been using. Tech Kyle showed up on time was polite, clean and did an excellent job. He even gave me a couple of pairs of blue "Booties" to wear until it dried. It dried much quicker than previous cleaners too!

Matt was awesome! I took him to each room that needed cleaning. He explained everything he would be doing. Gave recommendations and suggested other possible services and products.

Matt completed the carpet cleaning quickly. He was courteous and thorough.

I have been a Zerorez
customer for many years. I have always had very good friendly technicians who provided me with professionally cleaned carpet.

Regarding the product that is used to clean my carpet and a coach/chair, I can't say enough about how pleased I have always been with the resulting clean carpet and upholstery when the job is excellent service.

And it drys so fast! And you leave a spot cleaner, too.

I like the fact that it will not harm animals. ALSO it gets really clean, Nice man who does the cleaning. He really does a good job on stains. I can now enjoy my rug for another year. Time flies so see you soon.....
