Our Technician was extremely efficient, professional, and personable.
Area rugs get cleaner and stay cleaner longer.
The technicians arrived on time after calling to let me know they were on their way. The seemed professional and careful of my carpet. They even wore "booties" over their shoes when they saw I removed my shoes in the house.
I had water damage stains that appear gone. I'm hopeful they don't return.

I have a mixture of wool and silk on the runner on my staircase. ZeroRez is the only way to clean it. Steam or soap would fade and shrink it.
