Absolutely love the way my carpet looks and smells after they’ve been cleaned by Zerorez. The cleaning technicians are always right on time and very nice and do a great job!!
You have been able to get the most horrific stains out.....my dogs accidents, blood, even grease. And the carpets never feel like they have any residue in them. After they are cleaned my carpets look brand new again.....year after year!
The technician was very polite and explained the process. When he finished he answered questions while I checked to see if everything was done to my satisfaction.

The person who comes out to clean is friendly, answers questions and does a great job; I had a bedroom and bath room rug's cleaned and also the very long couch. I'll probably call you next week. I have a ? about why the couch is so stiff and not soft like it was. is there something I can spray on it? I also have the spot cleaner from Zerorez and it really helps keep the carpet clean and looking nice.

Marcel is an excellent workman. He arrives within the time that is agreed upon, and makes sure the carpet is spotless before he leaves. There's absolutely no mess to clean up afterwards! I have very old, white carpeting, and after he leaves it looks fantastic. It makes the whole house feel clean and fresh again.
I initially received a call from Carlos indicating my area rugs were clean and could he drop them off that day or the next. Then I received a call from Peter ( I think), asking to speak with me about my rugs. Left a message but never got a call back. Then spoke with @Laura” who told me my rugs would be ready on ‘Wednesday ‘, four days from the date if my third call. Told her I would be out of town but would call when I returned. I also requested that she send me an estimate of the bill. Never received the email estimate. Picked up my rugs yesterday and am so far happy with the results. Have only unrolled the smaller of the two.
