The Technician was prompt, neat, clean and pleasant. He cleaned all of our upholstery, tile flooring and the carpeting in 4 rooms and the hall. The job he did was outstanding and it only took about 24 hours for everything to be dry. There doesn't seem to be any residual soap left in anything he cleaned. We've used Zerorez for many years and have always been very well satisfied. They stand behind their service.

You make an old carpet look like brand new! And, if a spot or two come back up, you come back and clean those spots again!
The crew showed arrived at the time scheduled. The carpet areas were cleaned and there was no left over mess.
