What do you like about our products and services?

I have been using Zerorez since 2014
I have a wool carpet and every time Zerorez clean my carpet it still look like new
I like that the carpet dries in a very short time and there are no odor.
Livingston have been cleaning my carpet for all those years, he is definitely a.pro at his job
I also like that somebody have been with your company for that many years and that he still have.pride in what he do.He is always friendly and outgoing.

I would highly recommend my carpets look great better than the other company I have used before When you walk barefoot on it if feels great and when you have socks on your socks stay white I am so glad I have them to clean my carpets Thank you you guys did a awesome job keep up the great work I have already told some of my friends

What could we do to improve?

The carpet was left very wet. Also, there were a few spots that didn't come out of the carpet, so it is not quite as clean as I had hoped it would be. I did appreciate the two fans that you brought out to help me dry the carpet!

What do you like about our products and services?

I'm 68 years old and I've had a lot of rugs cleaned over the years.
My technician, Yankel Rodriguez was without a doubt the best I've ever seen. His work ethic is second to none, his quality of workmanship is the same. This young man is respectful, highly skilled and motivated. I intend to request him by name for future work in my home.

I had my carpet and tike cleaned. Jorge arrived on time and waited for me. He and helper helped me move my furniture. So thankful!! They took their time and left the carpet and tike looking like new.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

My carpet is still feel sticky like from soap not being cleaned out good. And my living room still have the same spots after cleaning. The cleaner seems to work hard but I don't know why he didn't see those spots. Adter the carpet dry a little bit in about 2 days I saw yhe spots still yhe same not even clean out so I call your company asking to speak with the cleaner but he was not available so I texted him with the photo of the spots on the carpet but since then he never respond or even return my call. Very disappointed. .

Best carpet cleaning service I’ve ever used. No odor, no reappearing stains. ( For the most part but the technician told me what wouldn’t come out.) Great job, and great service!
