I had my carpets and kitchen floors cleaned yesterday. Jorge was great!! Very professional and did an excellent job!! He called me when is was 20 minutes out.... shown up on time and did a great job.

Like the service and the technician, I just thought it was really expensive. I paid $753 and that took about 2 1/2 hours of time... Don't know what I was expecting but it seemed pricey.

Now that the carpet is dry, I don't see that the areas that looked soiled look at all different. It looks the same as before you cleaned it.

The service tech was well informed, courteous, efficient and did a thorough job. He did not try to up sell anything. He even did pre-testing to see if we would be satisfied with the result before he did the work. Very professional and great result. Thank you.

I have had Zerorez come out 3 times in the last 2 months spent $651.00 and was charged $19.00 everytime for water treatment fee. I feel that is excessive. Also there is a minimum of $179 for 1 room or 3 rooms seems like a lot. Not to sure if I would use them again. Have used them before fire family members.

I paid a lot of money for this last visit over $600. The first time I used you last year the Rep spent time vacuuming before he cleaned my rugs. This time that did not happen.

And the pet stuff I paid to get out the smell in my living room and couch is still there. Not sure if I would use the service again. And I was going to use you for the window washing.

Every technician has his own expertise to apply to the treatment and listens to every concern.

We had our tile cleaned and it looks brand new. Amazing! Brad was punctual and professional and called in the morning to let me know he was on his way. Strongly recommend Zeroes!

I could not believe how beautifully clean my carpet was! We had many spots as a result of puppy training. Even though we had spot treated, residual spots remained. At the end of the cleaning my carpet looked brand new! I am so grateful for Zetorez.
