Jorge Martinez arrived on time and was very courteous, he listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. He was thoughtful to put up corner guards to protect my walls form the vacuum hose, he per-treated the stains and cleaned our carpets very well and when he was finished he asked if I would like to review the house for anything he may have missed. I was watching the whole time and he didn't miss an inch. I will definitely call for Jorge to come back and will recommend him to all my friends.

Wonderful service but unfortunately it didn’t take out stains that I’d expect it to like makeup and coffee. But did take out long set in stains. So I was pleased with the service but would be curious to see if it performs better on brand newer carpet.

I scheduled a cleaning for Saturday 10/5/19. I was quoted $789.00. I requested Robert, as he was referred by my neighbor Evonne Hansen, who has used your company many times and she highly recommended Zerorez. A few days later I learned through my neighbor about a special offered to Ladera Ranch residents called Thrive. I called Zerorez and spoke with Jennifer and learned that was correct. Jennifer applied the "Thrive: discount for 3 rooms at $109.00. After the discount was applied my total would be $680.00. Jennifer confirmed Robert would be here on Saturday.

Saturday 10/15/19 your technician arrived. He never identified himself, explained the process and that very little water is used on the floors. My husband asked about how long would this take. The technician replied “well I’m not sure; this is a really big house and I have 2 other jobs after yours. The technician now tells me the price is $807.50. Accordnng to him they didn’t include 2 small areas near the master bathroom which was also tile. I said "wait I was told by Jennifer the price was $789.00 less the discount for 3 rooms at $109. I was very clearly about the size of the home and the square footage. This clearlyt does not include the discount. Technician he can't get involved in that.

I called your office right away and spoke with Amber @ approximately 11:33am. I explained to Amber what the technician had just quoted me. Amber asked for my phone number. I provide both my cell and landline. According to Amber there was nothing documented in your system regarding my conversation with Jennifer. Hence, your technician was driving a Zerorez company van, wearing your uniform and standing inside my home. Clearly there was documentation. Amber informed me Jennifer’s last day was a Friday. Really! My neighbor was standing right inside my home (the same neighbor who recommended you) when this conversation took place with Jennifer. She said what is your neighbors name. (Evonne Hansen) she said I can’t even find her in our system. Again another flag, I’m frustrated at this point. Amber placed me on hold and came back and stated the best she could do is give me 10% off. I’m in real dilemma, as I'm having professional photos taken of my house in the next few days. I agreed to that offer of 707.50. I said your company was informed on the size and amount of rooms. The technician again comes to me and said actually it’s going to be $807.50 because of 2 small areas he missed. He would only charge $50 per area. I again agreed. Your technician started his process upstairs at 11:45 .am. At approximately 4:4 0p.m. He came out and stated he was all done. I said when do you expect the carpets to dry. His reply was 8-10 hours. I was completely shocked. I said you have got to be kidding me. I have never had any carpet drying taking 8-10 hours for drying. I was seated in my garage, as my left foot is in a cast from surgery just 4 days prior;. I cannot walk with out crutches and cannot get my foot wet. The door leading into my home was propped open and I could see standing water on the entire floor. I said look at that water on the floor (I’m referring to my entire downstairs that is standing in water). I just had surgery and cannot get my foot wet. I’m on crutches and this poses a real danger. Your technician response was “You can use a squeegee! I cannot maneuver a squeegee and my crutches. I’m very angry at this point. He seemed annoyed and stated “we’ll do you want me to do it?". The reason I’m asking is because sometimes using the squeegee will streak the floors”! I could not believe his reponse. I responded NO. My neighbor (Evonne Hansen) who had walked over, literally had to takes towels and mop all the residual water that was standing on the entire floor downstairs. She was upset because she recommend your company. She was shocked. My upstairs and downstairs carpet was completed soaked. The carpet started to wave in the hallway dining room living room and bedrooms. The carpets were so overly saturated with water the carpet has rolled up. I have pictures to backup everything that I have stated. I stopped payment on my check. I’m totally outraged by this fiasco. My sister purchased a band new carpet cleaner to suck out the water from that entire upstairs Master bedroom, 4 additional bedrooms and my down stairs formal living room, dining room, family room. It was obvious the floors were not cleaned. Several bathrooms were not cleaned at all. I was up until 1 a.m. dealing with this situation and trying not to fall as I needed to get up and use the bathroom, very carefully walking on towels to ensure my foot doesn’t get wet and infected.

The lack of basic communication put me in danger of slipping or falling on my foot that I had surgery on literally 4 days ago. Your technician was not properly trained and failed to communicate clearly. He saw that my leg was in a cast and made comments about being careful. You should have sent 2 technicians. I have used several carpet cleaning companies in the past and never has it taken 8-10 hrs for the carpet to dry. Your website states clearly states “Fast drying no residue etc.”. I’m concerned more importantly about mold from the wet carpets. I’m in the process of listing my house for sale and having an open house next week. I think you understand my position and if you don’t I have no problem taking this issue up in court of law. I stopped payment my check and you can call directly to discuss. My carpet always looks great after zerorez has cleaned it and I like that you don’t use soap. The technician was great at explaining what he was doing and extremely friendly.
