I like that Zerorez doesn't use any chemicals in their cleaning process. Using just the hot water to clean the carpets is a real plus!

Our Tech Yankel Rodriguez was great. He really worked hard to get it all done and better than our "normal" cleaner ever has. Next time we are going to request him.

Our wood floors are as clean as new, despite our weekly cleanings. Carpet spots are gone.

Always on time , pleasant techs, does the work quickly and efficiently, product does excellent job of cleaning. Carpet is old and I am always happy with the results.

I was very impressed with how clean my carpets were after treatment by Zerorez. The tech was very nice and quite knowledgeable. He provided us information about possibly cleaning our stone floors and counters which I appreciated. A very good experience and we will definitely be calling Zerorez again!

No soap residue. Old stains that previously wouldn’t come out were removed with Zerorez . My old carpeting looks nearly new.

My rep Kyle was professional, knowledgeable and did a great job. Love my floors. The 2-hour wait window seems to be long. Kyle arrived right at 8am so I didn’t wait at all.
