I'm quite impressed with the service we received yesterday. Your technicians were polite, knowledgable and thorough. Our carpet, area rug and sectional appear clean and fresh and are mostly dry 30 hours later.
Results are always stellar, and service is great. Person shows up on time and are very knowledgeable.
We really like the fact of the process you use leaves no residue!!! Robert is a super efficient, on time guy-heat friendly personality too! Can’t be any better!

I requested Yankel Rodriguez for this job based on his performance from a previous job. My wife and I are both really impressed with his professionalism and overall quality of work. Of course I like the Zerorez product, but this particular technician takes the whole experience to the next level.
Just like ordering your favorite drink at Starbucks, you can go to 10 different baristas and wind up with 10 similar drinks, but only 1 will be best. Yankel is the best we've ever had in our home and we will always request this fine tradesman as long as he's available.

There was soap stains on the Baseboard we called for service.
Prompt, efficient, pfrofessional tech, Michael. The carpet is clean, dried within hours. Looks great. No chemical odor.

Robert was early, but he called first to determine whether it would be ok and I welcomed the early arrival. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. He really knew carpets and carpet cleaning and explained everything thoroughly. Much appreciated.
The tech only went over once and in one direction. After he left and started to dry up there are many dirty spots. Complete laziness.

I am somewhat disappointed in both service AND cost. the cost 3 months ago to have my carpet cleaned was $180. Jonkell from Temecula did the work. GREAT job and the cost was $179. I was told several times if I refer a friend I would receive a 10% discount...this cleaning (by Ronnie) was not as well done as the first, I DID refer a friend. The friend,lives across the street, had their carpet cleaned right after me. I ended up paying $209 for less quality.

The initial telephone call with your office was concise and my request was documented and a price for service was generated. Our senior technician Matt Hammond was punctual, and extremely professional, highly qualified carpet expert. He understood our requests as to our traffic pattern versus a entire room cleaning and adjusted our bill. His professional, and proficient manner in getting the job done was amazingly quick respectful of the contents of the rooms. He explained the drying process, gave us shoe covers to use and I asked for additional business cards to share with friends and neighbors, which I have already done. We feel this is the best carpet cleaning service and products we have used in 40 years!
