Gabriel was fantastic. Every stain gone, carpet looks brand new. Had a bee disaster and after cutting holes in my living room wall to get a hive out of the wall, the carpet was covered with honey that had been tracked to other rooms. Gabriel got it all, in record time. He explained every detail of what he was doing. He gave me his background and I had faith that he could do the job. I would recommend Gabrielle to anyone. Please keep him forever.
No chemicals!
I had made a special request for Brett Spence, told that’s who would be coming. The person I spoke to never flagged it??? A nice man Mark arrive, very pleasant, but not the job I had before. Later in the evening I walked into my front bathroom, to find huge puddles of water that had never been dried up.
Tech was on time, very respectful and did a good job.

Technicians are always polite and knowledgeable – and they do an excellent job. Love the fact that no harsh chemicals are used and that there is no residue on the carpet left from cleaning products.

Your service is great. Your technicians arrive on time and do their job extremely well. Our senior technician was Eduardo Valencia this time and he did a thorough and careful job, answering our questions and listening to our wishes too. We just finished putting everything back in place in the rooms where our carpet was cleaned yesterday. We are very pleased. We have used Zerorez for many years and will continue to use them and will continue recommending Zerorez to our friends.
