Robert is the best. I have been using Zerorez for many years. He does a great job and always goes the extra mile. The only glitch this time was he was supposed to be here between 8 - 10. At 10:15 I called and was told he had something to take care of and wouldn't be here until noon. This is not the service I have come to expect for this company and at the very least someone should have had the courtesy to call and let me know. I could have used the lost time to run errands. Instead I was left wondering and waiting. I hope this criticism will be taken in a positive manner and help you strive to give the best service possible.
Very thorough cleaning job with knowledgeable technicians. No soap scum left behind so no subsequent stains.
What I like best is that no soap or detergents are used in the cleaning. Kyle came to our house. He was very pleasant and was very careful with moving furniture. He made sure that the hoses and cords didn’t damage the walls and baseboards. It was my second time to use Zerorez and I will continue to use Zerorez for carpet and upholstery cleaning.
Your technician Brett S., was so courteous and professional! I have been a customer for almost 20 years and I would not consider using any other company. I had the whole house cleaned, both hard surfaces and carpet. The job was perfect!

My carpet always comes out clean! Zerorez has been able to get out some stains that our previous cleaner couldn't seem to get out. Also, our carpet is very old but still in very good condition. We do have traffic patterns but Zerorez is able to work them and get them to look better. We have been with them for several years now and have no plans to change. Thanks!

Very thorough. We had workers in our home that pretty much destroyed the master bedroom carpet. We gave Zerorez a try before we replaced it. Came out beautiful. Yankel was the nicest young man and did an outstanding job!!!
We first heard about Zerorez on KFI and have been happy with the service. This last time Robert came with his big Zerorez truck that is fully equipped. He came in with orange corner protectors and a stair protector. He took extra care of our animal stains. The carpet looks great. Robert even had time to clean a very large area rug. Until next year! We hope to get Robert again!
Used you 9+ years ago and it was a much drier process, still wet but dried quick. It was wet, and still had a few areas wet the next morning 14 hrs later. But for the most part it worked well.
