Your service is great. Your technicians arrive on time and do their job extremely well. Our senior technician was Eduardo Valencia this time and he did a thorough and careful job, answering our questions and listening to our wishes too. We just finished putting everything back in place in the rooms where our carpet was cleaned yesterday. We are very pleased. We have used Zerorez for many years and will continue to use them and will continue recommending Zerorez to our friends.

Hi, thanks for asking! I think Levi forgot to put down the pet pretreatment. I payed for him to treat several areas, but they still smell of urine. Could someone come back and do those areas again?

Zerorez missed not one, but TWO scheduled appointment times On Tuesday, October 22. I had to Take The day off work, reschedule my whole day, and deal with my toddler who missed her classes and things to do because Zerorez messed up their scheduling. And I had my appointment confirmation in writing! The manager offered me a $50 discount - just not enough to make up for ZEROREZ’s mistake. So I pushed back and asked for more and was offered one free room of cleaning. When the technician showed up (Ronnie), it was 5 pm at night. I had to be somewhere by 7 pm. Ronnie was great. He was Apologetic, and he worked fast (he cleaned until 7 pm which meant I was late to my meeting, but I don’t blame him). When he showed me the bill/invoice there was no discount applied like the manager had offered. Ugh! So Ronnie and I had to figure it out because the offices were closed (it was after business hours) and he couldn’t call management. The whole experience was terrible. I even asked if there was a different number or different Zerorez franchise I could schedule through next time. Ronnie was the best thing about this Zerorez service - he gets 5 stars. But the scheduling, management and customer service, get 1 Star. How can Zerorez make it right? 1) Stop using a 3rd party company to schedule services. I’m a returning customer and have never had issues like this in the past. 2) Review the importance of customer service with management. 3) Follow through on doing what you say you’ll do. 4) Go over and above to apologize and make up for mistakes. 5) Offer me a future discount or credit to make up for what I dealt with and the frustration of this experience... And then actually apply it.

The Technician Ranke R. was on time, explained what he would be doing to clean our tile and grout at which time he got started. He worked none stop for 4 hrs. Before he left he made sure I was satisfied with his work. The floors looked as if they were brand new.

On November 7, 2019, I had the pleasure of meeting Ryan from Zerorez. He came out to clean the apt I was moving into. He had such a great personality, and we communicated very well. (As an elderly individual, this can be unusual with younger adults.) Ryan is very learned in his knowledge within his vocation, as he pointed out certain aspects in the carpet that had been used by a previous tenant. Ryan has been my favorite cleaner this far using Zerorez throughout the years. He showed kindness and respect, while doing a professional job for me in my new apartment. Zerorez, Ryan is an asset to your company! Thank You for sending him to my door. 😊

I like the efficiency of the appointment, the courteous and on-time man who cleaned our carpets. The rugs turned out great and I am very happy with the results.
The job they did was fine. Your office staff is a little to be desired. I did not receive my invoice and I called but they could not help me. I still do not have a copy of the invoice.
Wonderful technicians, always professional. Carpets and floors came out very clean!
The technician was an hour later than the time promised (1-3pm). He came at 4:15pm. I was not happy about that, but did appreciate a call from the office that he would be here around 4pm. Once here, he got right to work and did a great job. He did explain that he got held up by the previous customer. I am not sure what could have made the situation better other than to send someone else out to do the job once he knew he would be at least an hour late.
I like the quick service and the process they use for cleaning; no soaps.

The tech Sal was very personable and kept us informed about the product and our timeline in an efficient, pleasant manner. Great job.
