Service is always A+. Spots never come back like they do with all other carpet cleaning services. My carpet is off white and 23 years old, beside the fact I take very good care of it Zerorez is the only service I have ever had.

The service was very professional. I would always choose Zerorez to clean our carpets.
Yenkel arrived on time, explained the service, and asked if we wanted Scotchgard protection. He worked quickly and efficiently. After an overnight dry, we vacuumed and returned furniture! Great service and my old dirty carpet looks new.
Corner protectors were not used nd the paint on the corners is now black and will have to be touched up. I had just painted the walls 2 weeks ago, so was not happy. Also the carpet was very wet. After 24 hours it was still quite damp. Ryqan did do a nice job of cleaning the stairs.

The process is easy. The carpets are clean and carpets look so good. Robert was great. He called 1/2 before he was to arrive, then came on time, took extra care with my home, was very pleasant and finished in his estimated timeframe. The fake calendar you use on the website to schedule appointments is disappointing. I get that we're a distance from Los Angeles, but maybe not promise a date and time if you can't honor it. Made me trust your brand less. Also, the tech who provided the service was prompt, courteous, and professional. Only thing I'd say is I don't enjoy the constant up-selling of products every time you're out.
