Effective and quick
Kyle was great. The carpet looks super and doesn’t have that crunchy after feel.
Carpet were cleaned flawlessly. No complaints there.
But when he was spraying - actually squirting - the solution on carpets, small drops were going all over the furniture and walls and now they show as crusty white spots that I am unable to scratch off. Sothat kind of ruined all my furniture

Appointment was Saturday at noon and presently it is 9pm on Sunday, 33 hours later, and still damp in areas. Family has arrived for holidays, and can't walk on stairs
This makes me very nervous our floor boards could be warped from too much water and the pad may become moldy.
Very disappointed due to the wetness of the carpet from the cleaning process. Something I've never experienced from other carpet cleaning appointments.
Zerorez does an awesome job! I live in the desert and there is always a fine layer of sand blowing around in the air. No matter how often you dust, there is always that fine layer of dust on the window seals, floor, and on the furniture, so I know it's in my carpets, breaking down the fibers. I have them cleaned twice a year by zerorez and my carpets look brand new! There's no residue left behind, just fresh clean carpets.
They were professional and courteous. They showed much expertise about carpet and carpet cleaning. We have already recommended them to my wife's sister; we would use them again in a heartbeat!
