I am very happy with the way the carpet looks today. It was not soaking wet or didn't take a long time to dry. There was no odor of any kind. I am very pleased and would recommend them to everyone.

What do you like about our products and services?

The carpets look like new except for one small spot in the family room that seems to resist cleaning. Anyway, we have to thank Brett Spence for doing a wonderful job for us. He has cleaned our carpets four times now, and they always feel like new. He is a fine representative for your company. See you next time.

Unprofessional and there's a crunchy reZidue on my carpet. Surface stains , some are just dirt, are still there!
