This was my second time using Zerorez. They do an outstanding job. My rugs have a lot of white in them and it gets very dirty especially on the stairs. Zerorez gets the the rugs looking like new again. Their techs are very professional and very knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again.

Yes, for the first time that Robert has cleaned our carpet I was disappointed. We wait until he is available because he's been so reliable. This time we scheduled an extra cleaning in between our yearly cleaning. The hall, bedroom and part of the Dining room carpet had not stayed clean and needed a redo. We paid $200.00+ for 45 minutes. The hall, doorway into the master bedroom and most used edge of the Dining room carpet still look dirty.
We paid top dollar for 10 year guarantee carpeting, so maybe it can't be gotten any cleaner, but what upset me is that Robert said he would not put the soil resistant spray on this time, that he'd wait until next time. Obviously the areas we had cleaned need help why wouldn't he do all he could to keep them from getting dirty.
I would like the entry to our bedroom, the hall and edge of the dining room to look better than they do. Robert has been the BEST, and I appreciate all the hard work he's done for us, but this time was a rare disappointment. Thank you. Name removed

Prices are a bit higher than other companies I have used. The technician was very nice and did a good job, but nothing above and beyond the other companies I have used so I cannot justify the higher price for the same cleaning.

Fast and efficient. Friendly and worth every penny
Ryan who came to our house was prompt, did a great job, and was friendly. He was respectful of our home. The carpets feel cleaner than they did the last time Zerorez came out.

No soap used to clean.
The ZEROREZ Service is not like any other carpet cleaning. It basically removes all of the old shampoo and dirt that is embedded in the carpet. My carpet is amazingly clean now. It dried quickly and the condition exceeded my expectations. There's really no need to use any other carpet cleaning service.
