We like your service and we especially like the technician Kyle Stohs. He was the best you have ever sent us. Because of his excellent service we learned how lazy and dishonest some of the former technicians have been.
We had been told, it was too hard to run hoses to our 2nd floor apartment and we had to use the portable equipment. Kyle ran the hoses in a matter of minutes.
We were also told, the extra protectant was in the cleaning solution. Kyle said no and used a separate step to apply this protectant.
Thank you for the opportunity to tell you this. We will use Zerorez again, and hopefully will have the service of Kyle Stohs.

No chemicals & reliable service
The estimate online was $275. when te service technician arrived he said that it would be $500.00 . I was more than disappointed, I asked him so the prices online are not close to the service that I am having done. If it was not so close to the holiday I would have cancelled.
It feels shady when online I was quoted one price then the tech comes out and says something completely higher almost double.
Always do their best to clean everything.
You don't use soap which makes the carpet stiff and collect dirt more easily.

I’ve used Zerorez 3 times before for carpets. They always come out amazing. I finally did my tile and omg my tile came out so nice and clean. Never underestimate them. They are always on time, courteous, and everything always comes out great. Will definitely use them again and keep referring them to family and friends.
Actually my carpet still has areas that look dirty and doesn’t look clean overall. I bought the spray that makes it smell fresh and couldn’t smell it at all. He was really fast and didn’t take the time to really pull out the dirt like those in the past. He was done in less than an hour. Too expensive for the results.

I have used your service a couple of times. The job had always been done very satisfactory. This time as my carpet dried there are a few spots in the living room that are still visible. That has not happened before. Is there anything that be done?
