How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

We called them because our daughter's dog urinated on the carpet over Thanksgiving. A day after ZeroRez did their work the marks are still clearly visible.

What do you like about our products and services?

I cant believe how nice my carpet still looks after a week! Our carpet was in really bad shape. It was 20 years old and it was really dirty, especially the stairs. I was hoping for a miracle, based on the claims in their video, and I got one! We have our own steam cleaner and steam our own carpets twice a year. Generally the stains start coming back in a few days. But our carpet still lioks as clean as the 1st day! I think the pre-treat was the key. Maybe it was the alkaline water? Our carpet is 20 years old, but, thanks to Zerorez, it looks 10 years younger! We will definitely be back!

Robert was not good, he was not great... he was spectacular! He made our carpet look brand new. Zerorez is our 'go to company' for carpet cleaning. He took care of us like we were family. We have tried other carpet cleaners but are life long believers in Zerorez. A palindrome who is welcome in our home.

Hello, this is Debra and Cody Oakland. Robert Keith cleaned our carpets on December 2nd. We were beyond pleased with Robert. His attention to detail is perfection. He was kind, knowledgeable, helpful, very professional and speaks highly of your company. Thank you to Robert & Zerorez for such great service all the way around. What do you like about our products and services?

The technicians are always on time, careful throughout the entire cleaning process, and very thorough.
If we spill water on the carpet it doesn't foam up with soapy suds like most cleaning processes do since soap isn't used.
We've used Zero Res for carpeted areas for years with complete satisfaction. We began having our tile cleaned about a year ago and what a difference it makes!
We have our floors cleaned twice a year and recommend Zero Res without reservation.

Kyle was super polite and friendly, on time, knowledgeable about products and service, and the tile and grout look amazing! I have 3 tile rooms and a tile hallway and I honestly didn’t know they could be so clean. It makes a huge difference! Would highly recommend!
