Sal Alvarez was the technician who cleaned my carpet. He explained the product, made me comfortable with him cleaning the whole house and took the time to do an amazing job. He got out pet and coffee stains. I will definately refer Zerorez and use it again.

Jorge Martinez arrived on time and was very courteous, he listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. He was thoughtful to put up corner guards to protect my walls form the vacuum hose, he per-treated the stains and cleaned our carpets very well and when he was finished he asked if I would like to review the house for anything he may have missed. I was watching the whole time and he didn't miss an inch. I will definitely call for Jorge to come back and will recommend him to all my friends.
