Didn't keep with the scheduled arrival window of 11AM to-1PM, per your text message. Tech arrived around 2:30.Family was displaced from 11AM to 6PM, 7 hours.

I love the way my carpet feels when it is cleaned by Zerorez and the technician Yankel Rodriguez was great. We will be requesting him next time.

The technician did a fantastic job, moved furniture which I appreciate.

Excellent service but I did find it odd that I kept telling the appointment scheduler that I would not be home until 8:30am but they insisted on scheduling an 8-10am appointment and then have the next appt at 10am in Culver City which is over 45 minutes away but it all worked out. Marcel was great.

Also, I don't know if spot cleaning is available and being able to talk over some other options like having time to seal the tile would have been helpful so I could have planned accordingly and know there is that option, the time it would take, and the cost. I was only presented that by the technician when they came.

I was able to schedule an appointment on short notice. The tech called prior to arriving. The tech arrived right on time. The tech was able to clean all the items I ultimately wished to have cleaned "while he was there anyway," and he did it within a very efficient time line. Not to mention my carpets and runners and ottomans look amazing! I never have a regret with Zerorez!

You are careful to keep your schedule and arrive on time. Technicians are experienced and make suggestions to keep my carpet and flooring healthy. I feel the work is done thoroughly.

Carpets never have a residue and so they aren't sticky and they dry quickly. The tech was on time, explained the procedure and what to expect. He even told me how long he would take and how long to dry -- Accurately!

We had two white with patterns chairs and one blue couch. They look brand new and dryer in a couple of hours with fans. But they smelt clean not like chemicals.

The employee was so nice although running late. I felt that he rushed the job. Still a lot of spots he missed and he told me to let you know and he will be out again to do it. I thought the process of cleaning carpets dried quicker. Carpets still wet in the afternoon after doing them in the evening. Not what you advertised :(

Easy to get an appointment, show up when you say you will and do a good job. Price is reasonable

First of all I like that it really doesn't leave any residue. The workers are always polite and get the job done without any problems. I've used them for several years now and will continue to do so.

You do a great job cleaning my carpet as well as my sofa. Helpful telling me how to take out stains. Looks like new!

Robert has always been our tech but he wasn’t available this time. The tech that came out. Just didn’t do a very good job. I had to point out a couple of spots that he had missed (while he was putting his equipment away) that he touched up. But he left streaks in the carpet and spots around the bannister. Then when I talked to you about re-scheduling I was told that he wasn’t available for over 2 weeks. When I told the lady that wasn’t convenient she told me she would call me back. She never did. When I called later that day (4:30) I spoke with the mgr. she called me back the next day with a new appt. Having to re-do the carpet might not sound like a big deal to you but now we have to move furniture and wait for everything to dry. An inconvenience

I'm normally very happy with Zerorez services. The last two cleanings I had done I got the extra services recommended which were supposed to ensure the best result. At first, it always looks like all the spots have come out, but the last two times despite the extra protection I can see several spots returning as soon as the carpet is nearly dry. I was hoping the results would have been more reliable.
