Sal did a wonderful job cleaning and deodorizing our carpets and he also cleaned the grout in the tile of our family room, and both areas turned out beautiful! 👌🏼😊 (Love that Zerorez does not use any harsh chemicals either.)

I have used Zerorez for years. My carpets always come out great. I like that they don’t use detergent or soap of any kind – – nothing that will attract dirt and caused my carpets to show a “path” on the most walked-on areas. The technicians are always courteous, professional, and careful.

The carpets look great and smell good. It would be nice if they weren't so wet, but they dried within 24 hours. I like that you don't use harmful chemicals.

My carpet has a lot of stains and they came up almost 100%, so I am happy with the result. Also, no chemical odors!

Don't double book your technician!! I had an appointment from 10 to 12 that had been scheduled for weeks, but the tech did not show up until 1:30 because you scheduled him to be at two places at the same time! I was not happy, and it caused a real hardship for me.

The work is so consistently good and thorough and the end result is a carpet that is pristine.

My husband and I were very impressed with the service from Zerorez! Our carpets look and feel so much better, and Robert was friendly and helpful throughout. He answered all of our questions and offered great suggestions to maintain our carpets.

I have used Zerorez for some time now and two things stand out. The quality of work is great. The carpet is clean when finished. I don’t know how they do it but every spot is gone. It’s amazing. The second area is the service level of the actual technician. He always seems so engaged and caring and wants to make sure you are completely satisfied. While it is expensive, the cost is worth it.
