I’ve used Zerorez 3 times before for carpets. They always come out amazing. I finally did my tile and omg my tile came out so nice and clean. Never underestimate them. They are always on time, courteous, and everything always comes out great. Will definitely use them again and keep referring them to family and friends.

Actually my carpet still has areas that look dirty and doesn’t look clean overall. I bought the spray that makes it smell fresh and couldn’t smell it at all. He was really fast and didn’t take the time to really pull out the dirt like those in the past. He was done in less than an hour. Too expensive for the results.

I have used your service a couple of times. The job had always been done very satisfactory. This time as my carpet dried there are a few spots in the living room that are still visible. That has not happened before. Is there anything that be done?

Gabriel was fantastic. Every stain gone, carpet looks brand new. Had a bee disaster and after cutting holes in my living room wall to get a hive out of the wall, the carpet was covered with honey that had been tracked to other rooms. Gabriel got it all, in record time. He explained every detail of what he was doing. He gave me his background and I had faith that he could do the job. I would recommend Gabrielle to anyone. I had made a special request for Brett Spence, told that’s who would be coming. The person I spoke to never flagged it??? A nice man Mark arrive, very pleasant, but not the job I had before. Later in the evening I walked into my front bathroom, to find huge puddles of water that had never been dried up.

Tech was on time, very respectful and did a good job.
