I've tried several different carpet cleaning services over many years and was never happy until Zerorez came along. The carpet looks fantastic, and if anything is not to my satisfaction they will come back and fix it without any hassle. This actually only happened when I first started using them several years back because the dirt was deep under after not having the right care. Now, everything comes out with the first visit and stays away.
The professionalism of your staff and the product itself. My rugs look amazing and I have 3 dogs and a beige carpet! Looks like new and it’s 3 years old! Thanks Zerorez!

Our stairs and carpet look great!
We called them because our daughter's dog urinated on the carpet over Thanksgiving. A day after ZeroRez did their work the marks are still clearly visible.
Sal was friendly, amazing and very efficient! He came in and explained everything he was going to do, and did it in s timely and professional manner.

green cleaning and great customer service
We have been using Zerorez for years to clean both home and office at least twice a year. Customer service is always excellent. Kyle was the technician for both jobs. He was thorough, professional and friendly. I always recommend Zerorez for a clean non-toxic job.
