There is no residue left behind in your carpet. The technicians are always polite. This cleaning system and your technicians do an amazing job on my carpet!! Richard did an amazing job!
Work was done well. Brett was nice and went out of his way to make things easy for me. ( I am 82 and had injured my leg. He insisted on working around me so that I could remain in my chair.) The kitchen grout looked brand new when he finished.
Very professional & thorough; love that there's no residue left in carpet. The carpet protector works! I thought there was a shadow line on the carpet & then realized a couple days later that it was something that had dripped. Wiped it up with a damp cloth & it was back to new.

I wrote yesterday that your technician was done in less time than the previous person and we had to request that he clean under the small loveseat , couch and end table in the middle of the room. already the entrance to the den looks dirt and it has been less than 36 hours.
While not the technician's problem, the truck leaked an oval of red fluid, probably transmission fluid, two foot by one foot. We moved 90per cent of the movable furniture out of the 2 rooms so he would clean under the remaining furniture.

Michael did an amazing job! He took his time and the couch looks brand new, which is a miracle...we spend many hours on it since it is our TV room. He was prompt, professional and personable. We have used Zerorez before and will certainly use it again! Need the carpets done!

The carpets are expertly cleaned by professional technicians. Jacob was on time and did a great job on my three rooms and stairway. This is the only professional carpet cleaning company I ever use. ZEROREZ rocks!
