Richard was prompt, courteous and experienced! He arrived on time and took very good care of my mother's home. Thanks to Richard and Zerorez her house is ready to be sold.

I have a hard time knowing what counts as "one room" when I schedule - - can I just say "same as last time, minus the stairs" or something like that?
The cleanliness of how the carpeting it left, is awesome!...carpet does not feel hard & you knew there was no residue left,...our carpeting looks almost brand new,...like it was only a year old however the age of our carpeting is 17 years old,...we have been using Zero-Rez every year..

Biggest frustration was trying to go on line to schedule. When that did not work left my number - no call back. Tried again the next day. Long wait and I gave up. Called back later in the day and finally got an appointment.
He was great and made sure that he got up as much as he could. The carpets looked so much better
on time.....I showed him, Lee, the rooms to be cleaned. I had a few spots that needed attention.It only took him a hour and t he colors came back.I am very satisfied,if the spots return he will return. Zerorez , I will tell all my friends cleaning is there business.

Yankel Rodriguez came to our home yesterday. We’ve had you come out before to clean carpet and tile, and I have always been happy with the service and results.
I am really not happy with yesterday’s service. The carpet was left soaking wet. I was a little concerned but Yankel assured me it would dry within 10-12 hours. An hour and a half after he left, the carpet was still very wet to the touch. I began getting concerned that it would take so long to dry that it would start to mildew.
My husband got our Bissell carpet cleaner and proceeded to spend hours sucking out the water, which, by the way, came out very dirty and disgusting. I was also attempting to towel dry after he ran the vacuum. I woke up this morning, and the carpet is still damp. It’s now been approximately 26 hours since Yankel left, and the carpet is still damp. We have been running 3 floor fans, a ceiling fan, and both upstairs and downstairs heaters for 26 hours. I am not happy about the extra utilities cost I am incurring. I know for sure that if we hadn’t spent all that time and energy and effort drying the carpet ourselves, it would not have dried in time to prevent mildew.
Yankel asked for a bottle of water when he arrived, which I happily provided. At the end, I offered him some fresh baked cookies, and he then asked for another bottle of water. This was very unprofessional. You should train your technicians to carry their own water. Perhaps buy them Hydroflasks so they don’t seem so unprofessional.
The technician arrived on time and was very professional. Scheduling the appointment was easy as well. My carpets look great. I am a satisfied customer.
We felt that this time was rather expensive and our technician who performed the cleaning knocked our Wifi system off the wall. That took some time to reconfigure. We have used you in the past and will probably continue to do so, however we will wait for a special. Thank you.
I was very satisfied with the results . The technician did a fine job cleaning the grout & getting all of the tiles back to their original color
