Michael did an amazing job! He took his time and the couch looks brand new, which is a miracle...we spend many hours on it since it is our TV room. He was prompt, professional and personable. We have used Zerorez before and will certainly use it again! Need the carpets done!

Carpets come out extremely well but most important lead technician, Matt is fantastic. He doesn't excellent job he knows what he's doing and he lets me know every step of the way. I would not have anyone come to this house and do my carpets other than that

I've come to look forward to the Zerorez guys coming to our house! It always looks sooo much better after they clean our rugs and carpets, and they make the whole thing painless. Very friendly, very efficient, willing to go the extra mile to get the best result possible. The price is very fair for the service they provide, and I even caught them whistling while they were working! Amazing. Thanks, Zerorez! I'm a customer for life.

What do you like about our products and services?

Robert and Brett were amazing! They spent the whole day at my house meticulously cleaning the tile floors throughout and getting the crud off them. The taped off all of the baseboards and after prepping and cleaning they were on their hands and knees finishing the corners and edges of each room! They worked tirelessly and with a smile on their faces. I have been using Zerorez for 30+ years and I will ask for Robert and Brett again.

We are from Utah and were thrilled to find out that Zerorez has a franchise in California! They cleaned carpets, upholstery, and a nice rug. The technician was friendly, on time, professional, and thorough. Cannot recommend them enough.

Richard provided extremely excellent customer service. He worked diligently to ensure he would be able to clean my carpets to my satisfaction. We were recommended by a family member in Az. so we checked into it in Simi Valley n found one. Such a great company, SUPER GREAT FRIENDLY REP Laid down cover for my downstairs floors, protected corners from the hose so no paint chipping or markings, cover mats for coming into home, gave us protector tabs n plastics for under furniture protection afterwards, n booties for us, didn't try to oversell something we didn't need, honest, clean, polite, worked hard and best off all, MY CARPETS LOOK AMAZING, CLEAN, N STAINS ALL GONE
