Technician was super nice, fast and punctual.

The first room the rep Kyle looks like he made a good effort half way through the room as I can see the overlapping marks and some edges were cleaned. There is softer carpet and then no doors moved and Areas missed and Then crunchy carpet. The next 3 areas have very crunchy carpet and obvious dirt areas (still there where there were prior to this cleaning) and the last room is absolutely the worst room was done with a quick pass with totally more obvious missed areas and again a door not moved with over a foot of area untouched behind. Totally crunchy dirt and dirt old carpet look now (which was not the case before). I used to get compliments on how nice and how new my carpets look. My beautiful white carpet looks crunch dirty and now worn which was never the case. The areas he actually missed still feel soft and fluffy like before he showed up. I totally regret buying Zerorez and I have nothing good to say to recommend them. The worker was pleasant enough and did up sell us to agree to purchase the cleaner (before he started) and he offered to have us pay extra $30 a room for the scotch guard and he offered to come back to clean my wood floors (which are beautiful and do not need professional cleaning). He did not wipe any of the steam from my expensive wood floors (so I wiped them but I was shocked to feel grit on my floors). Where is the grit from if he is cleaning with no chemicals and special water? I was told 24 hours to completely dry which does not match the website. I told him I Could still see the dirt on the stairs right away and when I asked how the guarantee works if I don’t care for the dirt still being on the stairs and I was told I would have to pay $99 to get them redone unless he obviously missed an area. I told him that is not what the website said. He did attempt to clean the stairs and he did get some dirt up and he did wipe a few areas of my wood on my staircase in the beginning but did not wipe steam from the stairs much on the bottom landing. The stairs still have the same noticeable dirt areas that I had before he came just less dirty. My carpets were not that dirty to begin with. I feel that I could have done a much better job myself had I bought or rented a machine or if I had hired a different company. I saw and felt my friends carpet after zerorez finished and she had clean stairs and fluffy not crunchy carpet. Zerorez was recommended by my daughters PR firm also, but no longer will that be the case. I cannot recommend them to anyone myself. I feel I should get my $ back or a different rep should come back and redo the carpet cleaning. I am a very unsatisfied customer. I have taken excellent care of my carpets and now I worry that they will never be as nice again now that I let Zerorez in my house to work on my carpets.

Our technician took the time to be very thorough about cleaning the spots and stains and re-checking to be sure he really got them. I was very impressed with his level of care and attention.

Hired your company to clean carpet in a few rooms. My little one accidently threw up in her room and I was specific in instructing technician as to the area. He claimed that your product would definitely get rid of odor. It didn't and I called to have someone come back out and try again. Same tech came out and said he had a very specific enzyme that would for sure get it out - why didn't he use it the first time?? When he finished I went into room and rubbed the area and it STILL smelled. He told me it was the enzyme and it was fine. It wasn't fine as the smell is still there. He came out once again and claimed he had something else to put on it. Once again, it didn't work - begging the question, did any of our carpets really get clean??? Insult to injury is as he was leaving I told him I hoped it worked this time and he proceeded to me that he's been back twice and I should have been charged for his time! REALLY??? So, this is why I will never recommend your company!

Everything! ALWAYS great service!! I've been using Zerorez for years and would never consider using another cleaning service!

I've used it for both carpet and tile and have never gotten better results than with Zerorez! (And I have big dogs who are very messy!)

When I originally scheduled it was to do the downstairs, a hallway and stairs. The technician did an amazing job and I was pleased with it except that only part of the stairs were done. Then I had to have them come back out and complete the job. With the scheduling, of the completion of the job I was rescheduled 3 times. I kept getting rescheduled and rescheduled which made me feel that my job wasn't as important. I was thinking about getting my upholstery done but I just don't know

Yankel was the tech that came out to clean my carpet. He was very professional. I felt completely comfortable with him in my home. He listened to my concerns and then went to town cleaning our carpet.

The two tech that clean my floors were amazing, and they did a great job. Friendly, professional and excellent communication skills, kept me updated on everything they were doing in my home. I apologize for not remembering the two gentlemen names, but would recommend them without hesitation to friends and family.

Larry was also outstanding, came to my home met with the wife and I, and put us both at ease by telling us our floors were not bad at all and his team could take care of the problem. I was so confident in Larry and his team, I even let Larry take one of my area rugs back to the shop for cleaning without even knowing the price.

The company is not the cheapest out there, rather pricey...but I'm a true believer in you get what you pay for, and Zerorez is worth every penny spent.
