Eduardo was great. He came right on time. I had a major dirty water spill on my white carpet and he did a fantastic job making it look new again. I have used Zerorez for years and highly recommend them for not only your carpets but furniture and tile floors.

The appt making process was awful. Day of my appt. my carpet cleaner was late. He had two phone numbers to reach me. He used only one and when he got no answer that was it.
Meanwhile, I am trying to reach your offices and no one answered. Left a message and no one called me back. Carpet cleaner finally showed up. He did a very good job. The quality of the cleaning is important, so is the ability to make an appt, not have the appt changed to better accommodate someone else, and then not be able to reach your office when no one shows up.
I was very upset. You failed miserably on Saturday. Again, the young man that cleaned was kind and thorough, but ......

The carpet came very clean and truly left no residue. It felt like it was rinsed. There were no lingering pet odors.

The technician, Ryan, was friendly and professional. The carpets cleaned beautifully and we are always satisfied with the services from Zerorez.

Representatives are always well dressed and very polite. They keep appointments and alert me to arrival time. Carpets are very well cleaned and dry quickly.

Pros: I was called 10 minutes prior to arrival. The cleaner explained everything he was going to do beforehand, and then got to work. The furniture he cleaned took about 2 hours to dry. He seemed personable and professional.

Film left on floor in some areas. Rep returned and re-did some areas. Overall, not as pleased as in past visits. Rep was friendly and, believe he tried his best.

Eduardo was excellent in explaining the differences between using a portable versus truck mounted system for our carpets. Checked out locations downstairs to see if truck mount was suitable from our alley way to third floor. Very pleasant. Would definitely request him again,😉

Lower the cost of cleaning and delivering back a 5' x 8' area rug.

Employees are professional, punctual, and knowledgeable.

However I asked to receive a copy of my invoice, and was told I would receive one!

I like the way you heat clean tile and marble floors.

Extremely friendly and courteous. I was able to make an appointment for the very next day. Cleaned several rooms and stairs too. Did a fantastic job! Made our carpets look new again. Removed a huge ink spot, juice spills that the grandkids had made and simple high traffic stains.

The team that showed up was very professional and knowledgeable and did an outstanding job, even better than I had hoped.
