that you don't use soap on carpets

You culd take a closer look and change your policies. After selecting your service I got an email to say $5 extra if I used a credit card, $50 extra to run the house up the side oof the cuilding to my third floor condo, and then, though I'd selected and paid for three rooms, being told l"Normally if one of the three rooms is an area rug then we charge $120. The technician was hard working and professional and would motivate me to reco9mmend your service. If I do9,f will p-oint out your unannounced mandator "add ons"

Yankel Rodriguez was the technician you sent to our home to clean our carpets, and he did a terrific job cleaning. He cleaned the carpets in the four bedrooms of our home, our stairway carpet and two area rugs. All of the carpets came out great, and they took less time to dry than previous carpet cleanings.
Yankel was courteous, very helpful and friendly. You should have him train other technicians on how to do the job right and how to treat customers.
Because of the work he did and how he did it, we would highly recommend your company.

The carpets look like new except for one small spot in the family room that seems to resist cleaning. Anyway, we have to thank Brett Spence for doing a wonderful job for us.
