Your staff is very through and professional. They were very careful to protect all belongs and the carpet and rugs were cleaned beautifully.

The cleanliness of how the carpeting it left, is awesome!...carpet does not feel hard & you knew there was no residue left,...our carpeting looks almost brand new,...like it was only a year old however the age of our carpeting is 17 years old,...we have been using Zero-Rez every year..

One spot I had to scrub after cleaning. Tech cleaning was friendly and over all did a great job

Biggest frustration was trying to go on line to schedule. When that did not work left my number - no call back. Tried again the next day. Long wait and I gave up. Called back later in the day and finally got an appointment.
