I have used Zerorez for some time now and two things stand out. The quality of work is great. The carpet is clean when finished. I don’t know how they do it but every spot is gone. It’s amazing. The second area is the service level of the actual technician. He always seems so engaged and caring and wants to make sure you are completely satisfied. While it is expensive, the cost is worth it.
My carpet always looks so clean, fresh every time I have it done.

Our carpets came out like new ! They are 25 years old and we thought we would try to get through the holidays and then start looking for new carpet, but after ZeroRez worked on them there is no need for new carpet. We were very pleased with the service it was efficient, courteous, and reasonably priced.
Service is always A+. Spots never come back like they do with all other carpet cleaning services. My carpet is off white and 23 years old, beside the fact I take very good care of it Zerorez is the only service I have ever had.

The service was very professional. I would always choose Zerorez to clean our carpets.
Yenkel arrived on time, explained the service, and asked if we wanted Scotchgard protection. He worked quickly and efficiently. After an overnight dry, we vacuumed and returned furniture! Great service and my old dirty carpet looks new.
Corner protectors were not used nd the paint on the corners is now black and will have to be touched up. I had just painted the walls 2 weeks ago, so was not happy. Also the carpet was very wet. After 24 hours it was still quite damp. Ryqan did do a nice job of cleaning the stairs.
