The fake calendar you use on the website to schedule appointments is disappointing. I get that we're a distance from Los Angeles, but maybe not promise a date and time if you can't honor it. Made me trust your brand less. Also, the tech who provided the service was prompt, courteous, and professional. Only thing I'd say is I don't enjoy the constant up-selling of products every time you're out.

We received very personalized service from Robert in the Irvine location.He offered to test whether their process could remove several long-standing pet stains on an otherwise beautiful Persian rug. He texted me photos so we could see the improvement and it was good enough that we had him go ahead and clean the entire rug. Even though the stains couldn’t be completely removed, it was money well spent. Our rug looks infinitely better! I am very pleased and we would highly recommend them!

I had scheduled Zero-Rez to clean my carpet, area rugs, upholstery, and hardwood floors. The technician, Eduardo Valencia, was on time and promptly got to work. He began by having me walk him through the house, confirming what I wanted to have done, and then went over the pricing before he began. He explained what he would be doing, in what order, and gave a time frame for when he would be done. He answered all of our questions.

When Eduardo announced that he had completed the work, he invited me to walk through the house, and check that everything was done as I wished. I was astonished at what a fantastic job he had done, especially on the hardwood floors. They looked brand new! I had been using the product recommended by the installer. Eduardo explained to me that this product had caused the build-up on the floor, dulling its finish, and told me a better, and cheaper, way to keep the floor in good condition. I really appreciate all the hard work he put into making my home look so beautiful. He was courteous, thorough, and professional throughout. I will definitely be using Zero-Rez in the future!

Marcel was excellent. He was very professional and did a fantastic job cleaning the tile in my entry and kitchen. The scheduling department is an area where you need lots of improvement. I scheduled two times and each time the scheduled time was different than the time given to the technician.
