Zerorez technicians arrive as scheduled and are always courteous. The chemical free cleaning process leaves our rugs soft and clean. I tried the optional protector this last time and am interested to see how effective it is at simplifying vacuum cleaning.

Here's why: 1. ease of booking appointments 2. technician phones to inform of arrival time within the window. 3. technician arrives on time 4. technician listens to my directions and concerns 5. house is totally cleaned 6. house is locked upon technician leaving.
Disappointment this time - no booties left for me and no little papers under furniture legs - perhaps they are not doing these things any longer.

We particularly like the service. Edouardo, who did our work Thursday, was extremely professional, worked very hard, and did a very good job on everything.
