First and foremost is my carpet is not turned into a goey, soapy mess. This is the third time I’ve used Zerorez on my carpet and it always looks brand new- very pleased with the service.
This service was exceptional! He really did a nice job cleaning my carpets and was able to get the stains out of them. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend Zerorez to anyone that wants their carpets cleaned.
We are beyond pleased with the results of cleaning our mom's carpet. Robert Keith is a magician. We will never use anyone else. Ever. Thank you to Robert. What an asset you are to your Company. Excellent cleaning
Robert really took his time to do a thorough cleaning. Our apt carpet is 12 years old and is a low quality. It looks great! Then, after completing the cleaning, he gave us plastic "booties" to put over our shoes until the carpet was dry. Very high-end . . . . thank you!
There was some residue left after they completed it and we had to mop the floor after they left in order to get it off. Also there were a couple of spots that I thought could have been cleaned better.
You reverse osmosis system leaves my carpets soft. And because the steam is so hot I feel they get really sanitized and fresh smelling.
The technician was very knowledgeable about the product, our carpets etc. he was also very professional. Carpets came out beautiful

Technicians perform the job well, call ahead and are respectful. It’s been a bit difficult to get through to the office lately though. Tried to call and pay my bill but no one picked up
My carpet stays clean longer than some others carpets. I have seen others need to be cleaned more often, they have stains that return. The tech is awesome. He works hard & respects my home. Only cleaner I would use. The tech Lavon is the best !

Our technician was amazing. I think Arvin was his name?? We’ve had zerorez come three times to our home and this was by far the cleanest I’ve seen my carpet. He spent a lot of time and had our carpets looking amazing. We have three kids and light carpet so there was no shortage of stains and wear and tear. I don’t see a spot after he was done!
I was pleased with Erick’job. He was pleasant, quick, knowledgeable and throughly. I would recommend to a friend.
Eduardo was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I am a repeat customer. Eduardo called 30 min before arrival, reviewed the work order and explained the process and new guidelines. He made sure to place protective mats and corner bumpers so my house would not be damaged from the equipment. Everything went well and better than expected. Thank you.
I signed up for the $169 3 room special and when I spoke to someone they said my price would be adjusted b/c I only needed 2 rooms cleaned.
I live in a high rise and when the guy showed up he said his equipment couldn’t reach my unit. He left and went to get a portable unit and charged me another $50.
He had the machine on my hard wood floors and there was water EVERYWHERE... I slipped and fell on the water and now my knee that I’ve had 6 operations on and ankle are all messed up.
Not a good experience...

Nice technician. Carpet always looks great, close to new even though ten years old, after you are here.
It doesn't seem to leave a residue & usually gets rid of every spot.
I like the fact you don't use soap to clean the rug. My carpet is nice and clean and it dry's very fast because you don't soak the rug.
We thought Eric was a wonderful young man, very friendly and informative and pleasant. He did what he needed to do and was done and out of the house in great timing. The carpets were beautiful. Also, he sold us on the protective topping which will keep our carpets looking clean even longer. Very, very positive!
