Easy scheduling and communication with staff. On time arrival of tech. Excellent cleaning.
My tech was nice guy, not overly creepy friendly, just nice. He seemed caring. He called ahead and gave me ETA and was on time. He understood my problem areas. He was not too pushy but he did offer extras, which i expected. I went ahead and paid for the extra protection. I was expecting more because i was told by family that Zerorez gets out all the old residue and the carpets would be returned to squeaky clean and fluffy. This guy did not spend much time, he did two large rooms in under 80 minutes. The carpets are cleaner but not sparkling. So i would not necessarily rave about Zerorez, nor would i diss them. I guess for that price i expected too much?
