I have never had my carpets cleaned so perhaps my expectations were a bit too high. I chose ZeroRez because my sister had used them. I like that ZeroRez uses no soap but instead uses empowered water.
Now that the carpets have dried, I was a little disappointed that some dark areas on my light-colored carpet did not come out as much as I had hoped it would. This makes the heavy traffic areas look a little blotchy. Overall, they look brighter and feel better. The ZeroRez guy, Gabriel was very nice and on time.

Thank you so much for cleaning the carpet in my room. I honestly didn’t think it was salvage able but after watching your videos I took the plunge and I’m so very happy with the results. I’ve had my carpet for over ten years and I would wash it with rented machines and elbow grease but all those hours made the carpet dirtier and there was so much soap residue that was pulled out of the carpet from previous attempts to clean it. I still have stains in high traffic areas, (it’s been ten plus years, those stains are set in) but it’s so much better than I thought was possible. My cousins even forgot the carpet had a pattern until after the service was complete. I really appreciate the May and hallway frame plastic protectors used.

Was very very Thorough he checked all stains In every room.
At this COVID 19 time George wore a mask and gloves and shoe covers.He spent the time needed for each room and was on his way in an hour and a half he cleaned over three rooms!!
Left residue on carpets and hall looked horrible with streaks and dirt against walls. Front room was done good but very disappointed in overall job. My Daughter recommended your carpet cleaning service to me. Not what I expected. Last carpet service did a better job.
