Robert Keith was our technician and he did a fantastic job! He explained everything, was very efficient and very courteous of our home during the entire process! I loved that he explained the treatment options to me honestly, didn’t try to up- sale me, and was so very kind and patient with my four year old and dog/ they wanted to be in the mix! Very pleased with the results and would definitely request Robert for our future cleanings!

Sorry I didn't answer your first request. I am now in Denver. I thought the gentleman who did the service was quite a gentleman. Good job. However he said he would sent me a receipt and I never received one. I would love to have a receipt. Thanks

Our carpets look beautiful. Robert is the BEST..... He’s been cleaning our carpets for 7+ years. We would have no one else :) He seems to really like his work, and he gives 100% to the job. We rent a home with a very old carpet which Robert brings back to life at least twice a year!! By the way he’s a genius with getting rid of cat oder! A hard worker, a very nice person and a pleasure to work with. Thanks Robert......Thanks Zerorez!

The technician was excellent. Both in quality and personality. Will ask for him when needed.
Marcel did an excellent job. He has a strong attention to detail and had concerns regarding our cats safety. This is the second time he has been to our home. He kept us in the loop regarding the appointment time and clean up after the service was completed. We could not be happier

But a suggestion 2 days after the job I had to call for a copy of my invoice and receipt of payment. This should have been received on day of work completed????

The reservation process was a mess. I replied to an email and got a confirmation for Saturday, May 16 between 2-4pm. Those times came and went and nobody came or called. So I waited till Monday morning and phoned. I was told that a text had been sent to tell us we had to reschedule. The text was sent to a landline. If you confirm on email, you should reschedule on email. Then we were given May 27 as the next possible date. Then on the 19th, we were told we could have the 20th. I haven't had this kind of trouble in the past scheduling with your company. Maybe it's because you had been closed due to Covid?

My father recommended that we try Zerorez given the positive reviews heard from previous customers. However, I found a number of yellow stains on the carpet that were unable to remove, which is interesting because the carpet company that I usually uses always seems to have better success with cleaning the carpets in my home. Not to mention, the cost is relatively better as well. I’m happy that we were able to have our carpet clean but I can’t say that I’m impressed with the results enough to use Zerorez again.
