Everything! Your process works the best of any carpet or tile cleaning we've ever used. And of course you always send me the tech I request -- Robert -- and he always does a phenomenal job. Thank you for delivering what you promise: good service people and a great cleaning process.
Arvin did an excellent job. He is a very hard worker, detailed and pleasant to have in our home. The carpet is 10 years old but looks amazing now. We had vomit from our sick cat and other food stains that he removed with skill.
Had a love seat and sectional cleaned the sectional still has on odor like it wasn’t even cleaned! Had to spot treat the area myself ! Waiting to see if when dry it’s better ! Also charged almost $500.00 dollars I trusted this company to not overcharge but just got quote and I was !!! Would love a call back about my service!! Phone number removed Name removed

I've used Zerorez 7+ times and have never been disappointed. They're on time (or early), competent to know what needs to be done, careful with their materials and my furnishings, and are in and out quickly.
I have used zerorez for over 15 years. Their service technicians are always on time, polite and great cleaners! I also love it that this is locally owned and give great service to their customers.
Upon cleaning the tile/grout, the last mopping process left a bit residue that I needed to wipe up. Other than that, the service was thorough and courteous.

Eduardo was great. He came right on time. I had a major dirty water spill on my white carpet and he did a fantastic job making it look new again. I have used Zerorez for years and highly recommend them for not only your carpets but furniture and tile floors.
The appt making process was awful. Day of my appt. my carpet cleaner was late. He had two phone numbers to reach me. He used only one and when he got no answer that was it.
Meanwhile, I am trying to reach your offices and no one answered. Left a message and no one called me back. Carpet cleaner finally showed up. He did a very good job. The quality of the cleaning is important, so is the ability to make an appt, not have the appt changed to better accommodate someone else, and then not be able to reach your office when no one shows up.
I was very upset. You failed miserably on Saturday. Again, the young man that cleaned was kind and thorough, but ......
The carpet came very clean and truly left no residue. It felt like it was rinsed. There were no lingering pet odors.

My carpet is genuinely clean and smells fresh for a very long time.
I expected that at least the high traffic areas could have been gone over a couple of times to bring the pile back up. After the carpet dried, I vacuumed again to try an lift the pile and was quite shocked by how much I vacuumed out of my "cleaned" carpet. Maybe the process "loosened up" a lot of dirt, but going over the floor twice could have left me with clean carpets instead of "stirred up dirt."
To do three rooms a hallway and stairs barely took 45 minutes after the prep, so even though I didn't watch the technician like a hawk, I don't think he actually spent enough time working on the carpet (the prep took much longer).
