The reservation process was a mess. I replied to an email and got a confirmation for Saturday, May 16 between 2-4pm. Those times came and went and nobody came or called. So I waited till Monday morning and phoned. I was told that a text had been sent to tell us we had to reschedule. The text was sent to a landline. If you confirm on email, you should reschedule on email. Then we were given May 27 as the next possible date. Then on the 19th, we were told we could have the 20th. I haven't had this kind of trouble in the past scheduling with your company. Maybe it's because you had been closed due to Covid?

Yes we will use your service again and hope for a better customer service experience.

I Ike how clean the carpets turn out, without soap buildup taking place. I have had Zerorez out four times since we replaced the carpet and the carpet is holding up much better, then our carpets in the past we did not have cleaned regularly.

Very professional

During these times I expected the technician to be wearing a mask when he greeted me and we discussed the areas to be cleaned. I did not expect him to wear it while cleaning the carpet since it could make it harder to breath (he was laboring ) but when he was done and speaking with me, I expected him to don a mask again. I don't think he even had one.

We have used zerorez for years and have recommended them to all our friends. We just had our carpets cleaned yesterday and the spots are still there. This has never happened in all the years that we have used this company. The gentleman who cleaned our carpets was extremely kind and tidy with his work. However, I think he didn't spend as much time as all the others have in the past leaving the spots still visible.

I just had my carpets cleaned yesterday. The service person was on time, courteous and so thorough. When the job was done he asked us to look it over for our approval. I would not use another service but Zerorez.

Look. I chose your company due to your cool ads online which showed info and then pre agitation to loosen dirt then the process. I was hooked. Even agreed to wait due to Covid19.

The tech came, nice guy, professional. He starts the walk-through. I said where is the agitator and he stated they dont do that. I was upset. I showed him the video. He stated he, in over 10 years, had never seen the any of the videos. He went on to state all are franchises and dont have to do the agitation. And stated that, although a different water treatment is used, the house would be wet for two days. I was highly disappointed. Stated I could have hired any local company for that. I literally turned the situation over to my partner and then waited in the backyard until done.

Are the carpets clean? Yes. Thank you.
Was it worth the wait? Questionable.
Do I feel you do false, misdirected online advertising? Absolutely.
Suggestions?
Make sure at top of ads and throughout there is clear statements that all franchisees work differently etc.

Good service, stains stay gone, price is reasonable

Although my appointment was delay from early morning until later in the afternoon,
my Technician was polite, efficient and did a wonderful job.

Your method of cleaning always leaves my carpet fresh and stain free. Robert is the master of stain removal and a nice guy.

We thought Eric was a wonderful young man, very friendly and informative and pleasant. He did what he needed to do and was done and out of the house in great timing. The carpets were beautiful. Also, he sold us on the protective topping which will keep our carpets looking clean even longer. Very, very positive!

First and foremost is my carpet is not turned into a goey, soapy mess. This is the third time I’ve used Zerorez on my carpet and it always looks brand new- very pleased with the service.

Easy to schedule, reliable, effective and affordable!

Excellent cleaning

Robert really took his time to do a thorough cleaning. Our apt carpet is 12 years old and is a low quality. It looks great! Then, after completing the cleaning, he gave us plastic "booties" to put over our shoes until the carpet was dry. Very high-end . . . . thank you!
