That they only use water without all the other chemicals.
I have used ZeroRez consistently and I am never disappointed. The technician Robert Keith is extremely detailed oriented and always goes above and beyond for our cleaning. I do recommend the company on an on going basis.

They send me emails weekly about specials. I have been a customer for years. Over the years they honored their “special” for me. Not this time. Changed the contracted price when the technician arrived. Not his fault. I tried to call while he was at my home. No answer. Asked him to have them call me. No response. I have the technician do the job but will not do this again. I paid what they asked but I felt it not fair to agree on one quote and not follow through when they arrive. I will write a review.
