I have never understood your pricing for area rugs vs wall to wall which you charge less for. Additionally, I recently dropped off to large area rugs to your facility for cleaning as you had cancelled my appointment to come to my home (COVID-19). I continued to ask for estimates of the cleaning and only received the cost once the rugs were finished over a month later...
The completed work was wonderful and the initial bill was adjusted by just under 17% when I inquired why the high price...

I like the fact that it is simple, with no detergents. It has definitely prolonged my carpets life, and the carpet just feels better: ie, clean.
I like the pretreatment, the way everything gets really clean without residue. The men who do the job are always competent, helpful and respectful. We had Kyle and Gaston. They did a great job not only in the house but in my car.

The person on the initial call did not ask enough questions on the phone. When they got there to clean the carpet and the tile in every room as I asked they wanted more money because there was a foyer and they didn't know there was stairs. It was $650 and the check was waiting for them but then we had to forgo doing all three bathrooms and the large living room which is the focus of the home so the stairs could be done and the small family room next to the kitchen which was tile. The gal was very nice on the phone. We wanted all carpet and tile area done which was 2664 sq ft. Very disappointed. Use Zerorez in San Diego on our listings all the time with no problems or confusion. The simple question of do you want all flooring done and what is the square footage would have saved a lot of problems.

They always do a good job at cleaning the carpet but I always feel like we are haggling over the price of the service. I always tell them what I need and we agree on a price before the appointment. But they get here and I always end up paying more. It’s exhausting.

I responded to an email for three rooms for $149. I was then charged $179 for the cleaning.
The technician said it was still a good deal as I really had four room (even though he only had to clean the traffic area and I had moved all the furniture).
Being retired and on a fixed income, price was very important to me. I will always get a firm price before booking again.
Very friendly, helpful, and they get the dog stains out. It is a bit expensive, though.

I have been a customer for at least 10 years. I know the word that you do. I would not use any other company. My area rugs have been taken care of by the same location in my area for years. I know the employees and I trust them. The same person has been to my house and taken my area rugs for many years. I am a loyal customer because the technician knows what he is doing and the work is perfect EVERY time.
