We have been ZEROEZ customer since your beginning here in Irvine, CA. The customer service, Tech service is Excellent.

We have had the same techinicin Sal for the last 4 years. He is wonderful. polite, professional and always does a great job. Never have we had to call him back.

Our technician, sal, was thorough, careful, and hard-working, attentive to all of the spotting that needed to be done. He called before arriving to tell us of a slight delay in his schedule. He took his time to make sure the end result was very satisfactory and took pride in his work. We were very satisfied.

The professional attitude from arranging the service to the excellent job Robert did cleaning my couches. It was obvious to me he takes pride assuring and showing me all the places on the couches he concentrated on.

I have used Zerorez several times and I am always happy with the results. The carpet does not feel like a lot of soap residue is left on the carpeting.
