I love how clean the carpet is and stays that way. If you have patterned carpet it stays like that forever.

Service van was parked in our driveway and leaked oil all over. Have called customer service with no response.

The technician was very curious. The carpet was cleaner than before. Waiting to see if stains Return or not and that residue doesn’t attract dirt like other carpet professional cleaner.

The product speaks for itself. We've used Zerorez a couple times at our rental property and had great results! So, of course they were the first company we thought of for our current home.
Our technician, Robert, called ahead of time to let us know he was on his way. When he arrived, he explained the process and let us know approximately how long he would be. He took great care to ensure our home was protected while he worked: he had protective coverings on his shoes, laid down mats and protection for the corners that the hose would hit, etc.
I appreciated the care he took. I have a 2.5 yr. old and 5 yr. old that were very intrigued. He was very nice, answered their questions and let them watch. I will always recommend Zerorez. They are respectful of out home and our time with great results at the end!
