The technicians keep me informed as to when they will arrive, are always friendly and do a fabulous job. Our white (!!) Carpet is over 30 years old and zerorez keeps it looking almost new after cats, boys and a husband that spills coffee as he walks down to the office...we have been intending to replace with stone tile for about 4 years, but feel ok to postpone because it looks good! We will..one day, until then, we'll keep calling Zerorez!

I've been pleased with the service and the Zerorez cleaner which I've used several times. I also referred a friend, Bob G. to you a couple of years ago and he was very satisfied with Zerorez also.

I like how they cleaned my stone floors & hope the sealer works.
They were suppose to be at our home at 10:00am but arrived at noon & left at 7:00pm.
They both were very good but it was a full day job and should of come to do our job 1st.

Professional, knowledgeable and will stand behind their service. I would recommend them.

Fair pricing and their technicians are very friendly and helpful. Always on time and very considerate with their customers.

I am less satisfied with the cleaning of the footpaths which I specifically wanted done. This especially in the hall and entry area.. The shoe marks of the worker are visible as he had his workrshoes on. I completely understand the lack of shoe covers in this Covid-19 Time.

I like that all the staff is courteous and patient for my needs. I’ve had to reschedule a few times, and Zerorez staff was always cordial and understanding. I also feel so clean and safe after they’ve done their job cheerfully and professionally, because I know they did not use harmful chemicals in my home 😊👍! Thank you for all your hard work and reasonable price as well!!!

It was so fast, looks great - just was hoping it would remove all the smells I was smelling. Maybe it needs a couple washings. It's much better than it was. I can just still smell kitty smell.

Zerorez technicians are consistently reliable

The *second* technician sent out was WONDERFUL - his name was Jacob Dougherty. He was very respectful, very considerate, and very attentive to our requests. He was probably the best service employee we've seen - from ANY company - for 20 years!
