Your technician, Ronnie, was very polite, professional and respective of our home. He used plenty of protective measures to ensure that our woodwork was not damaged or scuffed. And our carpets look excellent!

Steve the gentleman who showed up to do the work was helpful to move a few things I couldn’t did a fantastic job on the floor and the tile as I had to have the tile done before and it wasn’t very good from another service but this was awesome and us everything smelled good once he was finished cleaned up after himself so I would highly recommend it -my girlfriend who had hers done and I saw her finished floors and she was very satisfied with them also
I've used Zerorez for years. This time, the cleaning was done much quicker than usual, and there are brown marks on the carpet that indicate the solution wasn't extracted properly. I would really appreciate if the company could come back and redo those areas. Thanks!
Eduardo was outstanding. He cleaned areas that other technicians never did. I would request him for future cleaning.
The carpet dries faster than other methods, smells chemical free and fresh and our four-year-old carpet looks like new!

ZEROREZ is the way to go! Best, cleanest, professional service, I have ever used. Carpet and Travertine tile survives look amazing. I thought we needed new carpet, but my Mother in Law said try ZEROREZ first. Hate to admit it, she was right! Saved us big bucks!
