It is the best carpet cleaning service ever!!
I am very happy with Zerorez. They are very meticulous at cleaning my wool carpet and always asks me to check my carpets after they are finished to ensure everything looks good prior to their leaving. They also ask if I have any questions. Very personable and professional. Steve cleaned my carpets this last time and I highly recommend him. Thanks, Steve! Kathy

Our technician, Gabriel was great. Our carpets look brand new and I really like the feel, so soft instead of stiff like previous carpet cleaners have left them. Price was a little high.

Thorough cleaning always satisfied
after the technician left I took a wet clean unused towel and ran it across the kitchen floor and it was dirty. I do not feel that the vinyl floor was thoroughy cleaned.

Brett did a nice job- he was very polite, friendly, professional and efficient.
Last night before we went to bed, we noticed some buckling of the carpet in 3 of the rooms, which was not there prior to the cleaning. The buckling seemed to be from the carpet lifting. In two rooms, it is up against a wall, and in one of those, it needs to be reattached to the carpet nails. In another, it's buckled against the threshold to our bathroom tile, and in the 3rd room looks like it has almost remedied itself now that it's dry.
I'll be giving a call tomorrow to let you know how the buckles look, and to see if we can get a technician here to reattach the carpet to the nails. I am happy to provide photos.

Ryan was so professional- he was punctual and he did an extraordinary job cleaning our carpet. Having two small kids, the carpets can get worn and disheveled very easily, but now they look brand new. I would definitely recommend Zerorez and Ryan!
