The entire experience has been seamless from time of reservation to the actual service day. However, Robert was an expert in the field. I have requested Robert twice and willing to wait for his schedule to open up. He is an advocate for your business and a great employee.

You guys are just the best and my carpets always look awesome and continue to even after cleaned. We have been customers for years!
Zero Res cleans with no residue -- that is what keeps the carpets from getting dirty again.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I appreciated that there was no smell or chemicals. The carpet looked a little cleaner but stains were still there. The house was empty so it should have been easy to work a little harder on the spots that were not deep.

I had a schedule appt on September 2nd, 2020, the two young men that showed up were early, very respectful, explained everything they were doing, put down mats and guards for the edges on the walls. They did an excellent job.
