They are very meticulous at cleaning my wool carpet and always asks me to check my carpets after they are finished to ensure everything looks good prior to their leaving. Our technician, Gabriel was great. Our carpets look brand new and I really like the feel, so soft instead of stiff like previous carpet cleaners have left them. Price was a little high.

Thorough cleaning always satisfied
after the technician left I took a wet clean unused towel and ran it across the kitchen floor and it was dirty. I do not feel that the vinyl floor was thoroughy cleaned.

Brett did a nice job- he was very polite, friendly, professional and efficient.
Last night before we went to bed, we noticed some buckling of the carpet in 3 of the rooms, which was not there prior to the cleaning. The buckling seemed to be from the carpet lifting. In two rooms, it is up against a wall, and in one of those, it needs to be reattached to the carpet nails. In another, it's buckled against the threshold to our bathroom tile, and in the 3rd room looks like it has almost remedied itself now that it's dry.
I'll be giving a call tomorrow to let you know how the buckles look, and to see if we can get a technician here to reattach the carpet to the nails. I am happy to provide photos.
