Professional and carpets stay clean longer.
I needed My carpet cleaned in my mobile home as I am listing it to sell. The carpet did not look better in the traffic areas after cleaning. I did not say anything at the time as I was hoping that the carpet would improve after drying and I had the listing agent coming over that same day. I took pictures of the carpet. I asked the tech if he could clean the outside carpet on the landings in the front and back. He had to charge extra for it yet he did not do a good job. I asked him if I could pay by credit card and he noted that I would have to pay an extra $5 fee. I paid by check. For $298 I wished I went elsewhere. The carpet was clean, as expected, however, the carpet was left very wet. It took two days to dry, even with my efforts and warm weather.
The technicians were very nice and respectful of the property. They were very thorough and did a great job. I would not hesitate to work with Zerorez again, and I would recommend them to others without reservation.
