They do remove much of the stain that collects in traffic areas.

Technician Kyle arrived on time. Very personable. Very meticulous about his work. I was quite pleased with the work. Took approx 3 hours. House now immaculate after major sanding/ painting interior job.

There is no residue..safe non toxic.
Clean, there is no hook up to our water. No waist water to dump on our premises, Clean efficient and polite worker. He came with a mask on and wore it the whole time he was working. Did a great job cleaning our three rooms and taking out heavy stains. I would highly reccommend this company.

Showed up on time after he called to say he was on the way. Got right to work, setting up his equipment. The carpet looked great when he was finished even though it is 20 years old. Zerorez continues to do an outstanding job just as they did during their first visit in 2005!
Kyle was very courteous and fast. He called before he arrived and he went to work right away. Zerorez should be happy that they have such a good employee.

Rudy was great! He was such a professional, and was honest and what he could do with the carpets. He did such an outstanding job that I called to get the rest of my carpets done in the house - with Rudy at the helm!
Rudy is great, he came back to get a spot that was missed on a previous trip and was very efficient, professional, and friendly. We use zero rez for our carpeted stairs, rugs and upholstery...for example, the red wine accident is now gone! Thank you.
