I like that the employees show up on time and are always courteous and kind. They treat any areas that need extra attention and will make sure that you are satisfied with the job done before they leave. They take extra care to protect you and themselves during this time of covid19. They give you tips for cleaning between visits to help ensure that spills and stains are taken care of to avoid more wear and tear on your flooring.

I have been using zerorez for the last 15 years. I like that they don't use soap. Carpets stay clean for close to a year.

The carpets came out great but we have a problem. There is a large chip out of the corner plaster (photo inclosed). Our housekeeper could not see it without stepping on the carpet. The cleaner told her there was a small spot on the wall. You can see it is not a small spot. She also noticed they did not put the usual orange bumpers on these inside corners. How do you suggest we handle this?
