Everything worked great from setting up the appointment to the results themselves. We have two cats and have never had our carpets professionally cleaned. After nearly 8 years and lots of spot cleaning I was not sure that any of the stains would come out. I was wrong! The carpets look fabulous and I will definitely be calling back annually to keep them this way (and once I replace the carpet I know I won’t wait so long). Staff were friendly and professional and took great care to protect furnishings, walls, and corners. Thank you!!
I'm always happy with the service, this last time i did have some recurring stains but they came out a quick as possible and took care of it, just in time to show my house with no stains coming back! I will always use ZeroRez, the best!

Making the appointment was so easy with super friendly service and no up-selling.
Our appointment was on a Saturday between 12pm-2pm. The technician, Kyle, texted to let us know exactly when he would be arriving which was helpful. We had four rooms w/carpet cleaned and the tile/grout cleaned in the rest of the house which is a lot of tile! Kyle did an awesome job, everything looked fresh and the grout was back to its original color! Amazing.
We will definitely refer friends/family as well as use Zerorez in the future. Thank you so much. Also, during this COVID crisis, Kyle wore a mask the entire time which could not have been comfortable on such a hot day. We appreciated it very much!

Need to take the COVID issue more seriously. I had to ask the technician more than one to stay 6 feet away from me. He wanted me to look at his phone to confirm the order and payment while he was holding it. I think the payment should be taken care of via phone or via computer.
The technician claimed he did not have access to the special instructions that I had posted when I did the on-line reservation. Some of the cleaning I wanted done was not available in the drop down lists so I had to put the information in the special instructions.
Terrific service and the gentleman was very kind and efficient.
CARPETS CAME OUT GREAT AND THE YOUNG MAN WAS SOO VERY GOOD. I APPREIATED YOUR COMPANY AND YOUR GRET EMPLOYEE.

Easy to arrange. The technician was professional, easy to explain things to, and he did a good job of explaining his limitations.
Technician said he would move the couches and go on with the couches which he did not and I still have dog urine smell after 24 hours train I wish it was better I will be calling the company to have them come out and redo it which they said they will guarantee their work I’m impressed with the operations the kindness the effort that he did unfortunately missed the mark

Always very professional and courteous they take care to protect the home while doing an excellent cleaning job. They really pride themselves in working to get out stubborn spots and stains and leave everything in order when they are done. I even had to call them back once to re-spot an area and they did so gladly without any complaint.
Always afford able and professional! Matt was our tech and he took great care removing heavy traffic area problems. He was efficiant, professional , clean and friendly. I appreciated that he wore a mask thru the entire process. I would love having Matt as our tech again.
