I like that Zerorez doesn't use harsh chemicals or soap. They did an excellent job cleaning my couch, dining chairs, and carpets in my home.

The first job was less than adequate. Left the carpet smelling very dank and mouldy. Also spilled a bunch of gunk on our driveway and didn’t clean it up
I called to complain and the call venter rep was super polite and helpful. Didn’t hesitate to book another person to come out and redo it.
Second cleaning Much better result. No more browning, mould smell etc.
Carpet looks great, it’s just a pain in the arse to have to deal with bad smells and second appointments.

I was a little disappointed the stains couldn't come out of my chairs.
I love how clean the carpet is and stays that way. If you have patterned carpet it stays like that forever.

Service van was parked in our driveway and leaked oil all over. Have called customer service with no response.
The technician was very curious. The carpet was cleaner than before. Waiting to see if stains Return or not and that residue doesn’t attract dirt like other carpet professional cleaner.
