The tech that was assigned to clean my floors, Ronnie, called when he was on his way and arrived on time. He did a great job and took the time to cover my hard wood floors on his way to the areas that were being treated.
My floors look great and next time I need them cleaned I will certainly use your company as well as request the same tech.

I have been using Zerorez for probably 15 years. My father lives roughly 200 feet from me and i have hired Zerorez multiple times for his residence as well as other properties that i have had listed (I am a licensed Realtor) to clean. The problem I also seem to encounter is when i have Zerorex out to clean my residence I always get upcharged at the end because my fathers property as well as others I have paid for are part of my history. This is very annoying as Zerorez is already not an inexpensive service and i don't feel that what i have paid for other properties such as my father's or listings have anything to do with my house.
My service person was the same individual who cleaned my carpets 7 years ago. My carpets were very dirty and he spent the time needed to get the job done. He did the best job that could have possibly been done. I will use them again next time.

/the two service men arrived on time, were friendly and efficient to work with and in their working to clean the carpet and floor tile at our home. They moved furniture out of their path and back into the original places with care.
We cannot give them a perfect five rating because of a female worker at the company.
A company person called and asked if we were happy with the workers and the work soon after the truck and the two men departed. On the surface, we were happy. However, within a few minutes my wife and I discovered a spot on the curve in the wall by the front door that had been damaged by a workers tool. A chunk of the wall board had been gauged out to the metal. The area of the space is 1/4 " high, 1/2 " wide, to the metal deep and 32" from the floor.
We called this problem in and a woman spoke to us saying that she, or someone, would contact us very soon in regard to the problem. NO ONE has called or talked with us since thatnmday!
This gauge in the wall board by the front door of our home needs to be professionally repaired and painted. Please advise regarding your plan to repair the gauge that is indeed
noticeable.
