Rudy did an excellent job and gave me booties so I could walk into my office when the carpet was still damp. We had some “waves” in one of the area rugs. My husband called to ask about it. Amber (?) told us to wait until it dried completely, and they did disappear. I’ve used you for years and recommend you to anyone looking for carpet cleaning.

My tech was Robert, and he is the best. He is so good at his job. I have had other tech and nobody has ever left my carpet as clean as Robert has. I have asked other tech if they could work on a spot on my carpet and they have said that the was the best they could do, Robert always leaves my carpet looking nice and clean. Robert does an excellent job and also makes sure the customer is satisfied.
The carpet was very wet and took 3 days to dry. After it dried, there are white patches that changed the texture of the carpet.

The front of our living room area looks worse than before. When we asked the guy about it he said wait 48 hours with out anything on it (which is hard to do!) but it has been 48 hours and it still looks darker than before.
The product is not full of chemicals and it works to clean my carpets. We had a huge shoe polish stain on the rug (after our dog chewed up a container of it). I thought that it would MAYBE just be a little lighter after the cleaning - to my surprise it was completely gone! Amazing. Marcel was awesome too. Very respectful and helpful.
